Reservation Policy

  • Most rooms have a two-person maximum occupancy only. Our Executive Suites have an extra sofa bed for additional persons. Our Family Suites allow four-person maximum occupancy. Please confirm the number of persons & maximum occupancy for the room of your choice.
  • Rates include Free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee and tea.
  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM. Please call the Inn at (888) 414-4392 if your arrival time is later than 9:00 PM, to make arrangements.
  • There are limited select dog-friendly rooms. Must call the Inn directly at (888) 414-4392 to check availability and reserve these rooms. There is $50 fee for each pet, per night. Maximum 2 dogs, under 50 pounds each. Dogs may not be left in the room unattended at any time. No cats allowed.
  • The entire property, including all rooms, is non-smoking. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
  • Guests are required to show their photo ID and credit card upon check-in. 
  • Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability.
  • Parking is available free of charge to all our registered guests, both on site (limited) and on the streets all around the Inn.
  • There may be a minimum night's stay requirement on weekends & during special events/holidays. If you don't see room availability here, please call the Inn (888) 414-4392 directly, to check availability.

 General Cancellation Policy

  • All reservations, except Non-Refundable stays & special events below, are subject to an 8-day cancellation policy.
  • No charge will apply if the reservation is canceled by 11:59 PM local time at least 8 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • Reservations cancelled as of 12:00 AM local time within 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will be charged the full cost of the stay.
  • For all reservations cancelled on the day of arrival, after check-in, any departure prior to the pre-scheduled departure date will result in a charge for the full stay.
  • No shows will be charged for the full stay.

Concours d'Elegance (For stays from 8/10/2026 to 8/16/2026)

  • Reservations for stays between 8/10/2026 & 8/16/2026 are subject to a 61-day cancellation policy.
  • A deposit for the full amount due is required to guarantee a reservation at the time of booking.
  • Deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled by 11:59 PM local time 61 days before the scheduled arrival date.  Reservations cancelled after 12:00 AM local time within 60 days before the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge for the full stay.
  • For all reservations cancelled on the day of arrival, after check-in, any departure before the pre-scheduled departure date will result in a charge for the full stay.
  • No shows will be charged for the full stay

Pet Policy
